In signing this form, I am applying for a tenancy on the basis that the property or accommodation will be my main or only home. I give my permission for enquiries to be made based on the information I have provided to establish my status with my current employer and my current and past landlords. I give my permission for the company to carry out necessary credit reference checks for the purpose of this application. I declare that I have the "right to rent" in the UK and I will provide the company with proof of identification prior to moving in.
